Belinda Darley

Anything and Everything Dance!

Teaching qualifications: BTDA, YMCA/RSA
From the age of four Belinda has owned a pair of dancing shoes. And since that moment dance became her oxygen, her stress relief – her release. It isn’t a hobby, or a favourite pastime, it is a way of life and a passion that she loves to share.
She became a qualified dance teacher at the age of 15 and with the loving support of her mum she opened her first dance school at the age of 16. She taught ballet, tap, modern and acrobatic forms but there has never been any doubt that Belinda is a tapper at heart. The vibrations of her manic feet hurl her off her seat whenever she watches The Lord of the Dance. Some people have just got to dance!
This highly successful local business woman can teach almost anyone to tap, time step and stomp their way across The Studio’s floorboards. She ignites her classes with fun flare. As the founder and director of the Studio she has overcome a struggling economy and fierce competition to create a community of dance and fitness enthusiasts that keep coming back for more.
If you are looking to learn tap, advance your god given talents, dive into an energetic step or deeply conditioning body lift class – then Belinda is your lady. She is driven by her hunger to deliver banging classes and for the last thirty years she has done exactly that! When her classes get going some say you can hear her on the other side of the Trent!
